Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Credit Card (Access, American Express, Delta, Switch or Visa), Bankers draft or by monthly credit account (see below for details).

Service & Delivery
Deliveries are made by our national next day carrier which covers most of the United Kingdom and most orders placed by 4.00 p.m. will be despatched that day for a next day delivery. For orders over £100.00 net, carriage is free of charge, orders under £100.00 net will be charged carriage @ £8.50 + V.A.T. (smaller items can be posted which will be charged @ cost and may not be a next day delivery). Northern Ireland, some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will unfortunately carry a carriage surcharge, please phone for details if you wish to order from these areas (or see the charges on the electronic order form).
Price Promise
We endeavour to give our customers the very best prices that we can on the quality products that we supply, however should you find the same quality products being sold by our competitors at a lower price please telephone our sales team and if possible they will endeavour to better or at least match that price (we may from time to time require written proof of a lower price).
Accounts
Net monthly trading accounts are available for regular customers, subject to status, credit checks being accepted and a personal guarantee being given by a Director of your company. Opening an account can take up to 5 working days. However for schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, central & local government organisations we can open account facilities within 1 hour providing an official order is faxed to Impact Power Tools.
Repairs & Sharpening
We operate a comprehensive off-site repair and sharpening service, under normal circumstances please allow 10 - 14 days for these services.
Trade Counter
Our trade counter is open for collections and personal callers offering expert advice for all your fixing and power tool problems. It also gives you a good chance to see for yourself the product range that we offer.
Product Sourcing
If the item or items that you require are not shown on this site please contact us, if we do not already stock the product why not let our experienced purchasing team help. We are unfortunately not able to show every product that we are able to supply on this site, so if in doubt please phone, fax or e-mail Impact Power Tools as above.
